    This is a fascinating story. Please continue writing it. Both Kate and Mia are vain, selfish, egotistical, dishonest, envious, jealous, and immature. They are both burdened with all of the "seven deadly sins" including lust, gluttony, and sloth. To them, weight gain is almost as scary as death...

    Steph has now joined a sizable group of unlikable characters in this story. I hope Steph regains her sanity somehow, loses a huge amount of weight, and successfully competes in bikini contests again using a different trainer. At this stage, the very flawed Delilah is the most likable.
