    About #345 at present. My weight fluctuates a lot no matter what I do or don't eat. Since I've been with my lovely lady I've been as low as #299(When I got here)to #383 (last summer). She loves me no matter what my size... :)

    Stepping away for a brief period makes much more sense than just removing yourself permanently.We all need to do that on occasion.If you remove yourself completely,then down the road realize you miss it,you have to go through the whole deal of reestablishing yourself.
