Fat and Happy in their 30s
At age 33, I'm happier than I was around 23 but not as happy as I was at 26. But I'm far more content with my body. I appreciate that I have all my limbs (at this point I know some amputees). Until this post, I didn't even know there was an official document for HAES. I just thought it was an approach to life that emphasized health rather than the number on the scale.
