Vanessa: A Day in a 'Fat Suit'! It is becoming a fad!

Do you suppose it's the same suit just being passed around? And what about the possibility that a few of these hosts might run into each other somewhere wearing fat suits? Three or more of them converging on each other in the same store or subway. It has the makings of a MAD TV skit I am...

    Unusual eating habits

I do it. I have always eaten that way. One item at a time. In no particular order but once I started on any item, that's pretty much where I stayed until it was gone. I was the only one in my family who did it growing up and it's still with me at 50. All I can say for my reason...

What internet browser do we all you?

Netscape 7.2 and Mozilla. And a recent favorite, Portable Firefox that runs from a USB thumb drive (or any other portable drive as far as I know). It doesn't install drive letter specific and supposedly makes no registry changes. All bookmarks stay within it and caches too. So much easier...

    Tasti D*Lite gives you VD

Quite an impressive tapestry of vitriol you've woven here. Great stuff! Sorta reminds me of the Frenchmen from 'Monty Python and the Holy Grail'. Mr. Brian ____________________ 'The wind, its straitjacket removed, went WILD inside the car."

Fisrt portrait on the 'NEW' board...

This was the first one I have done where I saved the work in steps so I might give a little demo on how I do them. So I have a bunch of screen shots but I need to sort them out. I had planned on doing this in the past but never saved the steps and afterwards.. well it was too late. Mr...

What will your legacy be to the world....

It has been said around the office that I have a head for a lot of crap. Or words to that effect. I'm sure it is meant in an endearing spirit. That was from an old National Lampoon bit on actual insurance claims. Some of them just sorta stuck with me. Mr. Brian "I saw the slow-moving...

The "Foods I Wish Were Still Around" Thread

A reasonable imitation can be found here: http://www.oldtimecandy.com/ as well as a few other favorites. Anyone remember Jello 1-2-3? A sort of atomic dessert that separated into 3 layers by itself? The middle layer was a lot like 'Whip and Chill' which isn't around anymore...

What 'net connects do we all have?

It's part of my cable package. In addition I set up a wireless router so I can surf from anywhere in the house. There is shared printing and one of the old laptops is hooked into the stereo system and I am building a little web type page of links to broadcast streams from radio all over the...

    Opinion about morph photos?...

Why thank you. I don't mind you posting them. They exist in various places around the net far out of my control. Those were a sort of different direction I went in for a while. Not really morphs per se but digital compilations of many pics overlayed. The subjects , while having some...

Would you take a pill? (revisited)

Somehow I knew it would take a college man to sort this out. Things are not awful. But they are certainly conflicting. As a couple we do the best we can with this but has always been my way to try and make things easiest for her. It's just me. Lift the heavy box, clean the snow off...
