    thanks Lilly! I'm a super putz-er. :) I have to get creative with my workouts. I'm working full-time and in school nearly full-time. thus time is in short supply these days. but even if i get those ankle weights to wear while i do laundry and whatnot, that should help!!! mwah! :x

    Thanks jigawatt! The back problems have subsided. I have added a stretching routine at night and sometimes in the morning before moving around. It has helped so much. Now that it's fall I'm thinking walking won't be terrible. I just can't stand hot weather!! :)
