What are you having for breakfast

Bagel and ham breakfast sandwich at a local diner. I generally don’t like their dinners, but dang that was a good sandwich.

Plus sized centric episodes or story elements in television or films.

Chris Farley is an absolute legend of comedy. Every so often I’ll rewatch Tommy Boy or his SNL anthology. Ditto Malissa McCarthy, too. She’s got looks, she’s got jokes. Gilmore Girls is a good show anyway, but she definitely improved it. And if we’re talking about men, Jeff Garlin as the...

My fellow video game nerds, whatcha been playing? Part 2

I’m trying out a playthrough of Fatal Frame 1, for Halloween and stuff. I, uh, definitely got my money’s worth. I’m not really an aficionado of horror games, but this is easily one of the spookiest games I’ve played. Also, Arcanum is as awesome as I dreamed it would be.

What year or era do you miss most?

The 90s. The X Files, Tim Burton Batman movies, the SNES, relative economic stability (in North America, at least), and also I had zero responsibilities on account of being a toddler. That was nice.

    Earliest Experiences

When I was really young I remember sometimes wanting to stop and stare at these really fat women I would see around my home town, but my fixation oddly didn’t come with any sort of emotion beyond neutral curiosity. I didn’t know I had a preference until I had a dream when I was eleven; in it, I...
