    Sleep

Sleep is such an important part of our health. I have to confess that I used to take it for granted -- I always slept well. However, since January I've acquired a form of insomnia that keeps me from sleeping more than 4 hours at a time. No matter what I did (nap or not nap, stay up later...

    Swim suit

Some styles just do that, I don't have a solution to prevent it, although you can squeeze out the air once you are in the water. Good luck!

    My Mom's WLS

Devon, I just want to commend you for advocating for your mom's health. You're a good daughter, and don't let anyone here make you think otherwise. Best wishes to you and your mum.

    Fuddruckers

Oh dear GOD, that sounds delicious. Absolutely amazing. I LOVE pork roll (that's what we called Taylor Ham in my part of Jersey) and with the egg...I may have to break down and order some pork roll online to try this at home.

    Fuddruckers

Big fan of Fuddrucker's. Now I'm totally craving a couple of cheeseburgers.

    Top Chef all stars

I actually like the entire lot of them much more this time around, even Marcel and Stephen. However, I still strongly dislike Michael. And I don't like Richard this time -- I can't quite pin it down, I think it's the bitterness. I kinda favor Tiffani because I think she got a bad rep last...

World of Warcraft (WoW) - Fat Friendly Guilds! :D

I'll add you to my friend's list so I can throw you an invite if I see you on. My main's name is Pleth. My alts are too numerous to name, but I don't spend much time on them, except for the shaman I'm desperately trying to get to 80 before Cat falls....her name, interestingly enough, is...

World of Warcraft (WoW) - Fat Friendly Guilds! :D

I will believe I have died and gone to heaven if we get another healer in our midst. And then that other healer can resurrect me. Yays!

World of Warcraft (WoW) - Fat Friendly Guilds! :D

At the very least, you can join us on Vent -- there's usually a few of us on there at night and it can be quite....entertaining. Also, some of us have lower level alts with whom you can play - I have a level 18 mage and a level 28 rogue. (And level 80 Paladin, Hunter & Death Knight...and a level...

    Thanksgiving Menus - 2010

I'll be alone this Thanksgiving. Mom is going to Paris with her hubs to spend it with his son and grandkids and is bringing what traditional food items she can on the plane because her step-son is craving a traditional T-day dinner. My kids are for the first time ever going to their father's...

    a-hummunna-hummunna-HUMMUS!

Yay, Fuzzy!! I'm glad you enjoyed it. You can eat hummus with almost anything - I usually have it with carrot sticks or pita chips, but have had it with other types of crackers when I was out of the above. My step-dad likes it with torn pieces of pita bread, but I prefer some crunch with mine.

I would HIGHLY recommend the TJ's Spicy Hummus. Really great flavor with a pleasant heat - not so overwhelming that you feel the need to choke down saltines and milk, but definitely a nice kick.

I've tried the pizza hummus, it isn't bad! It does have a pizza-y flavor to it. I recommended it to a friend who doesn't think she'd like hummus because it tastes like something more familiar than most of the other flavors available. Also, the last couple of days I've mixed about 1/2 cup...

"The Walking Dead"...(to my fellow zombie lovers)

Yeah, that was my assumption, too. He was enjoying LIVING, not just happy to be alive. Can't wait for tonight's ep!! I'm really loving this show. I've never read the graphic novel, so it's all new and exciting for me.

    a-hummunna-hummunna-HUMMUS!

My "recipe" is similar to Megan's....I'm pretty loosey-goosey about measurements, and just add this and that until it tastes right. Not very helpful, I know. I do add olive oil to mine and also a little salt and pepper. One of my favorite ways to make it at home is adding a can of chopped...
