    Makeshift kitchen tools---yours?

Not exactly a kitchen tool, but definitely an implement connected with food: Many years ago, on the shore of a lake, we were cooking spaghetti and a sauce based on the perch we caught, when a couple of unforeseen girls arrived. Food and dishes were not a problem, we had plenty, but forks...

What's on the dinner table tonight?

Simple and hearty fare: grilled rumpsteak, rare, 3 types of mustard, steamed string beans with olive oil and lemon juice, garlic potatoes, Lariano bread (a dark bread typical of a nearby town), Rubesco Lungarotti 2004. And I had a Rob Roy before dinner.

    Any Athiest F.A's?

Agnostic. I think that one needs faith to believe and the same amount of faith, just with the opposite sign, to disbelieve. I do not have either BTW, I'm Italian, so I don't know if I get into the statistics ;)

BBW and weight gain in the movies

She's called Marianne Sägebrecht and played also in Sugarbaby, Rosalie goes shopping, the War of the Roses and oithers I don't remember now

Your first BBW/BHM, your first FA/FFA

Big Beautiful Ladies, Big Handsome Men, how was it with your first FA/FFA? What did you feel when you found out that the person was attracted to you also because of your body and not in spite of it? Female and male admirers of ampler form, how was with your first BHM/BBW? Were you already an...

    Middle Eastern Women: Weight Gain?

I spent some time in Syria in early Eighties and I saw there a certain amount of of women in various degrees of overweight, but I really cannot tell you if that depended on food, genetics, society or whatever. I had the impression that many of these ladies belonged to one or other Christian...

    The Fa Trap?

Of course any label we apply to a human being is not satisfactory, not right and not exact, also because of the many facets all of us have. The problem is, if we want to study something or if we want to talk about something we have to find a definition and a pigeonhole to fit the object of...

FA poll - Are you bi-sizual?

I also am bi-sizual, although my preference goes to BBWs/SSBBWS and in my sexual and sentimental life 'normal size' women are definitely a minority

Stacey, where were you in your road trip? Where in Italy? And how did you like it?

A universal symbol for Fat Acceptance

I missed that part, it comes from arriving late and not reading all the answer to the thread I apologize

A universal symbol for Fat Acceptance

OK, I am a latecomer and I didn't go through all the hundreds of posts, so I do not know if someone else already suggested this. Folks, the symbol has gone around for a few thousand years: good old Venus of Willendorf! Our Tina Coggins has already made some variations on it and others...

Philly is FAT, With Low Self Esteem???

All my trips to the U.S.A revolve around Philadelphia, quite often my trips are just to Philadelphia. I thought it was just chance, or work, or karma, but after having read the article I think that there is another reason. My subconscious wants to be in the City of Brotherly love and of BBWs!!!

    Derby UK

I absolutely agree. The number of BBWs and SSBBWs I saw in Cardiff and Bath is amazing, far higher that the European average, and so was their size. In London, instead, the presence of BBWs seemed to me much, much lower than in non-metropolitan parts of Britain, maybe even lower than the...

    Weird places you have slept?

Because of my work I slept in lots of weird places, so not much to boast about. Some of them? For instance a children school in North-western Iran, where everything, from chairs to toilets, were the size for 4-6 years old children. We had to use them, having no furniture or similar things...

Have you "stolen" somebody from someone?

Sort of, many years ago, in one of my firest 'serious' relations. When we met the girl had a boyfriend she was in the process of dumping, but the man was still very much in love. He travelled a few thousand miles to a place quite difficult to reach just to meet the girl again and try to patch up...

    Sweaty Cheese

Not my favourite. The cheese will be definitely room temperature, but if it is sliced probably after a few hours it will be a bit too dry

When eating spaghetti, do you mix the sauce with the...

I pour about 3/4 of the sauce on the spaghetti or other kind of pasta, mix well, make individual portions and put the remaining sauce on top of each portion. Then I add a liberal amount of parmesan if it fits with the flavour of that specific sauce.

    Revolvers or automatics?

Revolver? Automatic? Naah, those new, fashionable things won't do any good. Let's be traditional, a good, trusty sword is much, much better.

    Changing body types and relationships

In my humble opinion everything depends on the kind of relationship one has with the person changing weight (so I somehow agree with Fat Brian). If the relationship is a short-term one, purely physical, based purely on sex - and all of us know that also a sex-based relationship can be...
