    BHMs who still work out?

Once this lockdown is over I will be back in the gym. I want to gain back fat and muscle I lost. I’m getting something of a workout now because I’m moving, and doing a lot of it myself.

    Sounding fat?

Hmm... Not sure if it’s directly related to being fat or just coincidence but my voice and enunciation have changed. The biggest thing I noticed is that I speak using “dark l”. If you listen to Tom Brokaw he speaks with a pronounced dark l. Mine’s not quite as pronounced. My <s> and <sh> are...

I was told I needed to lose weight.

As long as you have no health problems do what makes you feel good about yourself. People just parrot the meme that everyone needs to be thin. I don’t agree. I think people, whether families or doctors, should mind their own business. My doctor tells me to lose weight, but without giving a...

When did you realize what you liked, and what triggered it?

Yep, Templeton the rat. Of course I assume we’re talking about Charlotte’s Web.

So I guess no one saw Avengers: Endgame? (spoilers)

I actually got aroused seeing Fat Thor. Really!

What do you wish they knew?

I can’t add much more other than to say I wish people wouldn’t think I don’t like myself. I like myself very much. I’m not on a self-destructive mission, or have a death wish. I finally discovered myself, and that is being a fat man who finds himself sexy and wants to get fatter. It’s my choice...

What do you wish they knew?

I see wut you did there. :D

When did you realize what you liked, and what triggered it?

There was a very sexy very fat Hispanic guy named Hector whom I worked with. I was not into fat at the time nor had I accepted being gay. Yet every day I’d go home from work and masturbate fantasizing about Hector. I still think about him. He was the first BHM I can remember being turned on by.

The BHM in Movies/TV series thread

Vincent D’Onofrio in Jurassic World looked absolutely hot and bearish. I could barely keep my eyes off his belly, especially when he relaxed it and it jiggled when he walked. Oof!

    What makes you feel awesome?

I smile and joke with strangers and other people I encounter, act goofy and make them laugh. That’s its own reward. So when I was in the hospital last July I was the same way. I overheard my nurse talking about me and said “he’s such a sweet guy”. :)

    Goals

My goal has been at least 245-250 lbs at my height of 5’6”. I did hit just over 240 lbs a few months ago which seemed inadequate. I would love to hit 260+. My belly is currently ~50” with a goal of 52-54”. I wear size 44 pants and fantasize about 46s. Though I can push the 44s for some time.

Do you often feel conscious about the weight

About the only time is in the kitchen/break room at work. There are booths to sit in. They are bolted and don’t move. I’m finding it increasingly difficult to get in and sit comfortably. Other than that I’m only conscious in a positive sense that I’m getting fatter.
  13. Marshmallow Minotaur

Where do you gain weight most?

My belly. I wish I could pack some on my butt.
  14. Marshmallow Minotaur

    What size are you all?

    61 241 5’6” 50” at navel, pants 44.

    Plus size performers

Kevin James. But I think he’s lost a lot of weight.
  16. Marshmallow Minotaur

How did you respond when health issues arose?

I decided I’m going to gain more weight but only to a point. I’m not a big guy... 5’6” and currently 239 lbs., my belly is 51-52”. I’d like to get to maybe 245, 250, maybe even 260 and my belly 53-54”. I was a powerlifter (amateur, gym rat) for a lot of years. I got sidelined by shoulder and...

    Self acceptance as a BHM

This describes my outlook to a t. I lift weights because I like being strong and having muscle. I see too many good looking confident fat guys to think there’s anything wrong with being fat. I’m no longer going to try to be someone I’m not. When I lose weight I look like crap. I’m a fat guy, I’m...

Your Current Size vs Goal Size

Currently 239 lbs, 51-52” belly at 5’6”. Goal us 245-250, maybe 255-260, belly ~54” maybe more.
  19. Marshmallow Minotaur

Where does the WANT to be fat come from?

I have no idea why this happened, given that I always wanted to lose weight. I was a powerlifter until some non-gym injuries sidelined that. I still lift though. At some point I became attracted to fat guys and wanted to look like them. But then I didn’t. Then I did. Then I didn’t. Now I’m...

    Self acceptance as a BHM

It’s just in the past couple of months that I like myself the way I am, and like where I’m taking it. It took me a long time of wavering whether to keep gaining or lose it. As I gain more I’m more comfortable with myself and being fat and getting fatter. It’s just something I accept. It helps...
