Southampton - not related to cuddly bash discussion

Here's a crazy idea...how many people play instruments? Instead of having a band, we could have a drunken jam session too! I play drums, guitar and bass. Anyone else?

    Help me name my kitten.

How about "cat"? Or "small brown cat"? Both original yet descriptive.

Southampton - not related to cuddly bash discussion

I hope its the one with the drums. From what I've heard, if you play drums (like I do!) it gets easier the harder the setting is, as it gets more and more like playing actually drums i.e. you hit every beat :)

October BGP and Missy's birthday drinks!

Did we ever work out what happens if Ben doesn't put his cream on every four hours?

The Great Big Cuddly Dimensions Brit Bash

Assuming Donni and I go, I'm willing to hire a minibus and stop along the way. If Bristol, London and Southampton people could get to say, Reading, by train or otherwise, we could head up and stop at Birmingham etc on the way. This'd be cheaper and more fun LOL

The Great Big Cuddly Dimensions Brit Bash

£130 a night is pretty expensive. For a three night event, with fuel costs from down south, food and drink etc, Donni and I would probably be looking at close to £700! Thats a lot of money, not sure we'd be able to stretch to that :(

The Great Big Cuddly Dimensions Brit Bash

The first UK Dims meet was held in Birmingham and was pretty successful. I'm more than willing to take a scientific approach, and work out which city offers the lowest combined mileage for all the proposed attendees. I know for Donni and I, and maybe some of the larger UK contingent, flying...

October BGP and Missy's birthday drinks!

Donni and I will be there! :) If anybody wants to carshare, crash at ours (we have 3 spare beds + a sofa) or otherwise, hit us up! We're in Newbury, about 60 miles from London. It's always good to share petrol costs LOL Mike

UK Big Girls Paradise magazine - first issue out now...

That's so cool! I've just emailed Linda for my free copy, though given I suspect it will be a PDF version, I'll buy one anyway! It looks like a very well written magazine :) BTW, when are you off to the US? Is it too late to say goodbye at the next BGP or otherwise?

    Bicycles

I used to ride pretty seriously offroad at about 200-220..pretty much any bike should easily be sturdy enough. I remember a British mountain biker racer who was 6'4 and 280 lbs. Mountain bikes are built very strong and will take a lot of punishment!

Unfeeling Robotic Hands - pro or con?

This has to be the coolest thread evah! I am seriously down with the robotic-hand randomness. But, all things considered, I'd go for robotic legs.

Have you ever been embarrassed because a girl had bigger leg muscles than you?

Dude. Pretty much every single one of your posts is on the same subject, just with the details slightly changed. We get it. You're tiny. You like to feel tiny and wimpy. Good for you. But seriously, talk about something else!

what do you want me to say..

I also suspect that the amount of calories expended can vary i.e. the so-called starvation effect when dieting. Your body probably has a set weight it likes to be at, and trying to change it would be hard! If you try to eat less, you could burn less, if you eat more, you'll burn more lol.

what do you want me to say..

Forgive me if I'm wrong (and I'm not) but Rowan did not say that you had any of the conditions on her list. She was merely listing other reasons (other than overeating) that can cause you to be overweight. Now, my take on the matter, from a scientific point of view, is that if you consume...

Suggestion for a Forum: The Forum Suggestion Forum

So, like, with all these ideas for new forums, maybe we need a forum to suggest new forums? The Forum Suggestion Forum! :D Seriously though, I thought I was funny, until I wrote this. Seems less funny now :(

I would hope that moderation would keep posts like that on the Paysite Board where they probably belong!
