    Stolen Pics

Taken from http://copyrightservice.co.uk/protect/p16_photography_copyright "Exploring copyright issues in photography, registration advice and specific considerations that apply to photographers. 1. Who owns the copyright on photographs? Under law, it is the photographer who...

    Stolen Pics

I didn't say anything about who should be held responsible. This whole thread has gone a little off track from the original post. I fully agree, since we are now talking about one specific problem, that of in-game tags or sprays, that this is difficult to enforce. I suspect, that if you read the...

    Stolen Pics

The amount of time the law was broken for is irrelevant. Thats like saying, I'm going to punch you in the face, but because I do it just the once, the law doesn't apply! LOL

    Stolen Pics

The sheer act of taking a photograph instill in you, the photographer, the copyright. Nothing else is necessary. Watermarked simply makes it easier to assert your copyright.

    Stolen Pics

I didn't say anything whatsoever about prosecution. I simply mentioned, in response to Gangstadawg's comment that there was no rule, that there is a rule. I know nothing will ever come of it, just a shame people give up so easily.

    Stolen Pics

Funnily enough, there is a rule for it - its called the Digital Copyright Millenium Act (DCMA) i.e. it is illegal. No excuses.

    DailyMotion.com pissed me off.

Sure, it's much better because they can't be downloaded without extra software. It's really not the point. It's still theft, even if you don't end up with your own personal copy.

    Diets?

I don't think anyone is wanting to post here about dieting/eating healthy to reach a more acceptable size...its all about wanting to improve health and mobility..thats the major difference between here and a "diet" board. A 500 lbs person wanting to lose 100 lbs to get around better is...

NAAFA Newsletter Editor praises VFW7 Yahoo Group!!

Sure, he may remove some pics, but he then deletes the request, and then bans you, so you cannot then see if he has removed them. There is absolutely no justification to defend this piece of shit. He is breaking the law, plain and simply, and he cannot stand to be criticized about it.

NAAFA Newsletter Editor praises VFW7 Yahoo Group!!

Well, surprise surprise, I have been banned from the group. What really, REALLY fucks me off, is that every post, except the original post praising this scumbag's group, has been removed. My reply, and then Bill's reply, and my subsequent reply, have all been deleted. Whatever happened to...

NAAFA Newsletter Editor praises VFW7 Yahoo Group!!

I just posted on that group: "Bill, How can you like this group? Every, and I mean every, photo on this group is stolen. There may well be a policy to get photos removed, but if you ask, you are banned. Some policy that is. Mike" I give it 2 hours maximum before I am censored, my...

NAAFA Newsletter Editor praises VFW7 Yahoo Group!!

The moderator of that group may well have a "policy" for removing pictures, but it has two main flaws: Firstly, he deletes any messages that are requesting picture removal, or otherwise negative. Typically, he then bans you. This has happened to me twice I think now. Secondly, he shouldn't...
