    I have been enjoying toasted sandwitches with lot of deli meats and cheese, yum, have been able to sit and eat this till I am full, have ate a whole loaf of bread this way.

    Did a big garden project I had been talking about with family for a few years, so am very pleased, it was back breaking work and I wnt to bed very sore, but the result was worth it. It also proves every at 480 lbs you can do hard work and enjoy it.

    Has anyone tried to stretch their stomach?

    I do not think this a good idea as you can displace the valve at the top of your stomack into the diaphram, not sure of the spelling I think that a Hyhatus heria, I had a very slight one and it caused me hell for two years. I got mine at the gym by doing to much weight in a leg press machine.

    Happy to hear that, it is important to eat well, I am large but I do not eat alot of fast food, I cook my meals and I try eat more veg than meat and carbs, or at least in equal amounts. I eat a normal diet but just a very big one.

    I am a man that has I am been told are very large butt, I find that my but and belly seem to grow in equal amounts, which is good and one is a counter weight for the other, I hope that stays the same, but I am developing an apron and that is something I would like to grow, and fatter upper arms.

    I am new to Mac'er, odd but ture, have only been eatting it for a year, My best so far is 2 double 1/4 pounder meals, (with large shake and large fries) + 2 fillet of fish I would have had for but I do not like being a complete gluton in public.
