    Land's End

I like them, too. I also like Eddie Bauer and Coldwater Creek. I usually hit Ebay for some things and the outlet areas. At this point, I am looking for things that are quality made. I would love to be able to wear "trendy" but it never worked for me, even when I was younger. :p

    Vitamin D and your health

I started taking D3 when I was diagnosed with diabetes. I rarely go out in the sun. Even when I garden, I usually do it after the sun goes behind the hill. I have to have tests run to see if it is working. I never know what my body is doing, I am rather removed from it.

    The Scale: Friend or Foe?

I have a scale, we have always had a stormy relationship. For many years, I just couldn't weigh myself. It didn't go high enough, now I can weigh myself but it has lost the power it once had over me. It doesn't matter to me anymore. It's been very liberating. All those years of physicals, being...

    A Month Tommorow

Sundays were "our" day, though everyday was that. Sundays we would sleep late and have breakfast. Sundays were usually pancakes, french toast or sometimes I would make biscuits and gravy, truly a southern delicacy, laughing. He loved my cooking. Sometimes we would go back to bed after breakfast...

    A Month Tommorow

I agree with Mer, it is beautiful. Sundays are very hard on me. I lost him on a Sunday and they seem to drag by at a snails pace. Thank you for giving me such a beautiful gift when I need it most.
