here's a quick before & after shot
the funny thing is....i took this shot, and was about to make this comment: The pics have really never shown how doughy i'm getting...which has led me to increase my efforts, when really i'm gaining a lot regardless - so its had a strange accelerating effect on the whole thing...
but looking at this shot - um.....yeah that shows a bit of gain
