A fat woman needs a coat

I am a volunteer to cold-weather shelter. A homeless woman who probably weighs well over 400 pounds, I would put her at about 450, with very large hips has been spending nights at the shelter. She has no coat and some of the volunteers at the shelter are willing to pitch in and buy her a coat but have no idea where to get one. I know of Romans and Lane Bryant's. Does anyone else here know of another possible source were large-size coats can be purchased.

No, I have not asked her what it is like to be sleeping on an army cot.
