A little help for an Xmas present: Knee High Boots

To all the ladies here, I am shopping for a pair of knee high boots for my significant other. She wears a 8.5 W and has lovely but large BBW calves. (Being able to zip the boots is nice, and also retain blood flow to the feet...) Any help in the form of where to buy them would be seriously appreciated!!!
