A rather intimate subject. (men be warned - menstrual cycle related)

OK I figured this would be the best place to post this question as I think mostly women read this board. Now let's wait for the men to run screaming from the room...........tapping toes............OK.

So here goes:

What do you use for your menstrual cycle if tampons are impossible to insert??

I have a large tummy and short arms - I cannot use tampons. I use Napkins/pads. But honestly my cycle can be rather heavy and there are no products on the market that give me enough coverage. Do you know what I mean? Honestly I have thought about using Depends seeing as they are bigger. Has anyone done this?

Do you have a secret you can share?

Is there something out there I am not aware of?

Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.
