It's with 2 girls who stay at a bed and breakfast and the "witch" gets them to eat and cast some kind of a spell on the food. They gain weight but it's okay because they're on "vacation" I remember one scene with cookies and milk before they go to bed. She always says it's okay for them to leave whenever they want. They were about to go out and buy clothes before they started eating again.
