What actor or actress do you think has demonstrated a remarkable difference in the characters in the parts that they have played? Give examples of the parts that earned them this nomination in your opinion.
Mine is Willliam Dafoe.
He played Jesus - The Last Temptation of Christ,
A totally nasty, pervert (Bobby Peru) in - David Lynch's Wild at Heart,
He was Nosferatu & Max Schrek - a rat/like vampire in Nosferatu, and
Klaus a gay seaman in The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou.
Of course he portrayed many others, but always so well done!
