My brother got my mom tickets to go see Riverdance for her birthday. They came in today and guess what? ONLY THE MOST EXPENSIVE SEATS IN THE ORCHESTRA ARE HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE.

WT--????

He got her balcony seats thinking it would actually be easier to be in the back, close to an elevator and with quicker exits. Nope. Two flights of stairs and absolutely no way to be accessed without climbing them. They have direct access to the most expensive seats (120 each) only. Side access for the slightly cheaper (80-100) seats, but that would only really work for somebody in a wheelchair. Walking it slowly with a cane would be ridiculous. He figured the balcony was the best place for her, and the tickets were only 50.

The seats she has are useless even to somebody in a chair. HOW can that NOT violate he Americans with Disabilities Act???
