Adam died today at the age of 47, succumbing to cancer of the parotid gland and lymph node. He had been battling it in the past but it appears to have caught up with him.
The Beastie Boys were the soundtrack to mine and a lot of friends teenage years. License to Ill was the first album I ever bought for myself and made me fall in love with music. It'll be on repeat this evening.
