woohoo..
i'm going to buy a house.. hopefully before my lease is up at the end of July.
So..
any advice from you home owners?? :)

I'm pretty well versed in all the regular mumbo-jumbo as far as good credit, down payment.. that kind of stuff..
just looking for anything else that might come in handy for me :)
