Any Ginger Addicts in the Room?

I'm not sure when I started to enjoy the flavor and smoulder of Ginger root, but there's no question that I enjoy it now. As I sit here in the office, I have with me my handy Ginger Altoids, and a Dagoba Chai chocolate bar (with crystallized ginger and spices!). My drink of choice is Reed's Extra Ginger Beer (non-alcoholic) and my favorite ice cream is Reed's Ginger Ice Cream. It is an addiction, oddly linked to our recent shift in favor of organic foods, and it is taking over everything! A couple months back I was introduced even to Yazi Ginger flavored vodka! Is nothing sacred??
