And I do not mean in the sense of collecting because the labels or cool or anything like that.

I realized that I have more condiments in my fridge than food right now. And it's starting to get out of hand.

I counted last night when I was putting up a few groceries (which included like 5 new condiments...)

I have:

- 7 vinegars. White balsamic, dark aged balsamic, pear infused white balsamic, fig infused balsamic, apple cider, plain white vinegar, and red wine vinegar.

- 6 mustards. Honey, jalapeno, yellow, orange-honey grainy, cranberry grainy, and hot dijon.

- Several jars of pickles and olives and related items.

- Several types of salad dressings.

- WAY too many Asian sauces.

- Marinades and barbecue sauces.

- A few jellies.

- 3 kinds of salsa and a few assorted hot sauces.

- 2 kinds of ketchup

- And mayonnaise, seafood "red" sauce, hot wing sauce, syrup, dark and milk chocolate syrups, caramel syrup.

Probably more than that if I go digging through the pantry.

Yeah, it would be save to say that I probably need to stop buying condiments for a while.

So, is it just me?
