Grim Grinning Ghosts
About a week a go I finally signed up for XBOX live. Here's the games I've played.
Quake 4: Fun game and everyone is usually pretty evenly matched. But the maps are really small and you have to wait a long time for matches.
Call of Duty 2: Great maps with a lot of variety. Usually a lot of fun except when you get a couple of guys thinking it's cute to shot people in the back of the head the second they respawn. Man, that pisses me off. Ruins the game for everybody.
Perfect Dark Zero: The same things offline about the game that bugged me also bug me online. Your character moves REALLY slow, takes forever to reload your weapon and the play mechanics rely to much on head shots.
I've also noticed a couple of odd things and wonder if people have found exploits or ways to cheat the system. I'll have full armor, a full machine gun and unload clip after clip onto someone and they don't die. They also don't seem to have to reload.
Halo 2: I tagged myself as a Recreational gamer and am always getting matched up with Halo vets when I want to try a training level mission. I've also noticed the same thing happen in Halo 2 that I did with PDZ. I've got full armor a fully loaded gun in each hand which I am unloading on people and they don't die. What's up with that?
Any advice or want to swap gamer tags?
