Anyone Have a Fatty Ladder?

I am in need of a Ladder that will hold at LEAST 400 lbs.

Anyone out there know of or own a ladder that has a huge weight capacity? Does NOT have to be a huge ladder, just something that I can reach the celing with -

I have a sturdy step stool, but it's just not high enough.

Any suggestions?????
