Anyone have any idea of resources and support for fat kids?

I am asking, pretty please, that anyone who knows of any online boards, resources, etc, to please PM them to me. There is someone I'd like to steer towards them. Since Dimensions is for 18+ only, this is not the place, but fat kids need support, too. More than adults do, really, IMO.
