Anyone play Diplomacy (either FtF or PBeM)?

I love diplomacy. Could never actually get a game finished with friends (some time shortly after second power was eliminated we'd end up going out for pizza instead of finishing the game). But I've played by email on and off for several years now, and really like it.

Just wondering if there were others who happen to bridge these two communities?
