Like Project Runway, it's on Bravo and is a competition of mostly young people schooled in the cullunary arts (Project Runway was people who were trained in the fashion biz).
Both shows are produced by the same people and the fascinating thing about them is that the contestants are put on the spot and they have to "create" to win. The contestants on Top Chef are all very competitive, hard working and talented people and watching them come up with ideas is lots of fun. And there's a little bit of "Hyde Park" goings on too. I love this show, as I did Project Runway.
