Are You The One?

What do some of you find attractive in a BHM? What are the qualities that he would most likely possess? I am kind, romantic, thoughtful, and for some eason, I have a hard time finding a woman who likes me for me. I can be quiet and shy, but usually when I find someone interesting, I come out of my shell. So I guess I need to figure out what I am doing wrong. Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated.
