I've just returned from my vet's, where I found that one of my fosters has a congenital malformation of the lumbosacrilar joint. So now I have her, plus a foster with IBD, plus a personal cat with a heart defect. The regular receptionist was sick today, so I got charged for an exam (typically I don't get charged for exams, but since that is a courtesy he extends me I certainly wasn't going to say anything. Still, it was another $50 I don't have.)

I'm trying to get a better website set up so that people can virtually sponsor cats when they cannot or do not want to adopt them. The org I work for thinks very locally, while I think globally, and it is pretty damn frustrating.
