One of the whole foods stores here in town sells a fabulous lemongrass salad in their deli. I'd like to see if I can recreate it for less than the $6.99 a pound they charge though. It's great on it's own and I've also stuffed it in pitas with pepper turkey. It'd be good in salad rolls too. Lots of crunch and tang.

Here's what the package says the ingredients are:
Chicken, green cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, sugar snap peas, cilantro, lime juice, sugar, sesame oil, fish sauce, chili garlic sauce, ginger, lemongrass, garlic, lime leaf. Contains fish (anchovy).

Anyone have a similar recipe that gives amounts for the dressing part? Thought I'd ask before I start tinkering on my own. I tried Allrecipes but there weren't any really close matches with the ingredients.

Or, if you have other Asian salad recipes that you love, please share.
