I tried to look up info on how the rep system works here but the link reached a dead end. So what's the deal? Exactly how many reps are you allowed to give out in a day? I tried to rep one person. I don't recall repping him recently. Maybe I repped him a while ago but I don't remember it? I've been off the boards off and on this summer. I got a "You must rep others" window. 
But then you try to rep others and is says, "Nope, sorry - too many." :doh: What the hell? How are these reps rationed? How many do you get each 24 hours and how many must you rep before you can rep someone again?
