I wasn't sure where to put this..so mods..if you feel it should be moved..by all means get it out of here :)

Ok...for the last 3 or 4 weeks I've been plagued by nightly leg cramps. Not the little ones that are kinda uncomfortable..I mean the BIG HONKING leg cramps that make it so I can't move anything from my toes to my thighs. The ones this morning..and the reason I'm posting at 5 am were horrific. My muscles were both (yep, lucky me..both legs at the same damn time) so knotted up I could barely move..and the worst part is that crease where the front of my foot meets my leg cramps as well.

I've tried all the conventional means of making them go away..I'm eating a crap load of bananas..I've tried to wear only shoes that offer plenty of arch and foot support...I've done muscle relaxers..but unless I take one nightly..(they make me too drunk for that) it's really no use.

SO, does anyone have any ideas about what else I could do to get rid of them. Going to the dr. is out of the question until school is out in 2 weeks..can't miss anymore work and getting in after school is damn near impossible.

Your help is appreciated..I miss sleeping!
