Sandie and I are planning a trip to Texas the last weekend of this month (Mar 29 - Apr 2). We'll be in Hillsboro, which is right on I-35, 30 miles north od Waco and about 60 miles south of the DFW Metroplex.
We don't hae any specific plans for the weekend; however, we were wondering if anyone in Texas (we know it's a big state) would be interested in meeting somewhere for lunch or dinner. One possibility is Yianni's, a fabulously incredible Greek restaurant just south of Hillsboro.
As a little incentive for the get-together (and not making any promises), but MAYBE we could trick Paul Delacroix into coming, if any of you would like to meet the man. We might have to blindfold and kidnap him to do it, but we're up for it.
