I need your help. The house where I am renting a room has four furry residents as well as the two humans. One of the furry ones has seemingly forgotten his house training. Maybe on purpose.

Most recent incident: I am dog sitting while the other resident is working. I took the dogs out, they seemingly did their business, but the one in question came inside, walked down the hall toward my room, and dumped a load on the floor. I'm convinced if my door had been open he would have dumped it in my room. He dropped his load near my door.

This has become his pattern. Urinating and defecating in the house, even when he's given ample opportunity to do his business outside. It's not just me, he does it also to the housemate who normally looks after the dogs. How can we correct this behavior? It's really become a problem.
