Bagels!

I am sitting here, as I type, eating a cinnamon granola bagel with smoked salmon, cream cheese, onion, and tomato. I love the sweetness of the bagel comined with the savory toppings, and I get this type of bagel often! When I'm on more of a budget, I go with the old standby, cream cheese and tomato (that smoked salmon can get expensive!!)

What type of bagel is your favorite? And, does anyone have a good recipe to make bagels at home? It's something I've been wanting to try for a while now!
