Boil 2 cups wagon-wheel pasta or similar, drain, set aside.
Meanwhile, brown 1lb italian sausage links, sliced.
Combine 2 cups large curd cottage cheese, sausage, pasta, 1/2 jar spaghetti sauce, and 1 cup shredded mozzerella cheese, pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Top with remaining sauce.
Bake,covered at 375 for 25 minutes.
Uncover and sprinkle another cup mozzerella cheese. Bake uncovered for 5-10 minutes.
