I'm not sure what started it.. maybe it was the freshly smoked turkey that I had on Turkey day... but I've been on a really big BBQ kick ever since. All this week, I've been searching out the various steakhouses and Rib joints in the metro.. discovered new places and going to old ones.. having big portions of brisket, pulled pork, smoked turkey, mesquite chicken, ribs everyway since Sunday, smoked sausage, saurkraut (yeah, this one place serves all the above on a bed of saurkraut)... with beans, slaw, cornbread, and something ooey gooey chocolatey. :smitten:

In fact, I'm considering getting a brisket at the warehouse store for Saturday!!
