First he tried to overturn the Citizens United case with his Disclose Act. The Senate did not pass it and now he is trying to do it by regulation.
He tried to pass his Cap and Trade bill, but it died in the Senate. Now he is trying to do the same thing with regulations.
His healthcare law will mandate people must buy health insurance or face a government sanction.
His Net Neutrally regulations will give the federal government control over the Internet in the US.
Now with his political appointees to the National Labor Relations Board, he is telling a private business where they can and can not be located.
