Since the episode in question is from the first season of the new Doctor Who, this topic should have been brought up last year, but oh well.

Episode 4, "Aliens of London", and episode 5, "World War Three", contain several UK cabinet ministers inhabited by aliens (I promise not to give too much of the plot away). Because the aliens need to fit inside the people's skins, they need to inhabit big people, so there's a lot of BHMs and one BBW in this story. (There's also a lot of farting, but it isn't a "fat joke" or anything but rather related to the aliens' metabolism.)

I couldn't place the BBW, but she looked awfully familiar. Then the credits rolled and I saw her name: Annette Badland! She played Griselda in Terry Gilliam's Jabberwocky. Nice to see she's doing well (and hasn't aged badly in the nearly 30 years since she did that).
