It's about some young thin sexy woman who is abducted by a bunch of obese men, I think they forced her into their van. The leader of the obese dudes really wants her to himself and I think forces himself on her in the van, but their job is to bring her to their lord or king, the fattest of all the men. They have their own secret society where they eat to gain weight and kidnap other thin sexy women to be their sex/feeder slaves. But all the fat men are just servants to the fattest king.
So the fat king takes the girl as his prized sex slave/feeder and he punishes the abductor for wanting her for himself. And she ends up desiring to be with her abductor and can't stand the king. I don't remember how it ended
