Seared boneless ribeyes with sauted hominey and fresh sliced tomatoes.
Preheat large skillet to med. high,season steaks with montreal steak seasoning (love that stuff) while steaks are cooking (about 3 minutes per side) drain and rinse a can of yellow hominey and slice tomatoes. Remove steaks from pan and rest. Add about 1T of butter to skillet and toss in the corn, stir a couple of times until heated and the nice brown bits coat the hominey. Serve! Quick dessert, slices of pound cake, squeeze fresh lemon over each slice, add real redi whip, yummm!
