I love, love, love the Google sidebar. I've mentioned this on the last thread, but I've improved on mine and really like the way it looks right now.

The top is a really nifty clock. The flowers start out as buds and you "water" them to make them grow..and then reset and do it all over again. The kitty is animated and watches me and tries to play with my cursor. The next thing is an animated weather globe that I usually have bigger, so that I can see the animation, but I wanted to see my moon phase, too, so I shrunk the globe a bit.
This is just a small portion of the really neat-o things you can add to it to make it your own.
