I sent my brother to the store for a few items, as my daughter is sick, so I couldn't go out. I asked him to get me flour for the cookies I want to make...what does he bring me instead...lol

I ended up making these, as he did put some thought into it, and it's the thought that counts lol...of course I wasn't thinking this when I was making them...(you just add 1 egg, some oil and water and mix)...I didn't have much faith, but the end result was awesome...so soft and chewy too.
So for anyone that doesn't want to make a fully "homemade" cookie, but doesn't want to buy them made already...these are a great in between!
