my bmi is around 50 ish at the moment - big shock horror - or so it seems to my gp last week! yes i know i am fat, a big bellied lad to be honest, but i am quite fit (i hope) due to my job which is manual and i get to hoist my 22stone around with me most days 
she wants to put me on al sorts of programmes and i told her i dont want to go on them as i am hapy being the size i am. another shock horror - even faint now!!!
yes i know i am large and heavy for my height but i am interested in how other large guys handle this kind of situation?
