Here it goes-I hope not to bore anyone but I play chess and was curious if anyone else here does.
Please feel free to mention your preferred color and opening, your fide rating(if you have one),time you have been playing, how did you learn, etc.

When playing black, I like to use the Najdorf Sicilian defense but I usually win, on occasion, if I play white using the English Opening
No fide rating for me- I have been playing "serious" for about two years- though I learned from my older brother when I was 8 years old and was in the chess club in high school
I play online but also belong to a chess club in reality that I attend on Wednesday nights.
