So, the title pretty much says it all. Caviar is one of the most expensive food luxuries in the world....but I can't seem to get a taste for it! That's not to say that I haven't tried.
Two ways that I do love the fish eggs are in sushi (where they're referred to as 'masago' usually...the orange tiny ones) and in the Greek spread called 'taramosalata', which is caviar mixed into a creamy base. It is simply delicious spread on toasted pita, and I encourage you to give it a go, even if you're not a huge fan of caviar.
So.....caviar. Adore it, or detest it?
