Why do Smuckers' Uncrustables exist? The concept: a frozen, crustless, peanut butter & jelly sandwich that you pop in the toaster and in a few minutes, it's ready to consume. How lazy can one person be? Take some friggin' bread, get out your butter knife, pb & j and make a sandwich. Is this a product aimed at particularly fussy children, an impulse purchase? Are parents afraid that their children will cut themselves with a knife? I've made many sandwichs throughout my childhood and I'm still here. Not to mention it's much cheaper to buy all the ingredients separately.

Another convenience product which irked me were vacuumn packed quesdillas. A local supermarket charged $3.99 for just one. Imagine the profit margin on that one! Once you take it out of the packaging, you still have to heat up some oil and fry it in a pan, or put in a toaster oven, thus saving you only around 30 seconds of time.

So has anyone else seen any of these ridicolous foods at their local stores lately? List them here and rant away!
