In honor of St. Valentine's Day yesterday, just a few facts on chocolate (my favorite food, by the way) :wubu: :

:eat2: The sensual experience of eating chocolate is pure pleasure. Indulging in chocolate releases the same endorphins your brain produces when you're having sex. And you can do this in public although the moaning, lipsmacking and ooh-ing may attract a little attention. :eat2:

:eat2: And chocolate can mimic or enhance the feelings of loving someone and being loved. Chocolate has phylethylamine, the stuff of love, and possibly just the thing for making a love potion if roses and sweet talk don't work. :smitten: :wubu:

:eat2: Chocolate also contains anandamide, a chemical similar to marijuana's THC. You'd probably have to eat some substantial portion of your body weight in chocolate to approximate the effects of one joint. So you're gonna have to talk your hunny into getting you a ton of half-price day-after-Valentine's-Day chocolates. It might be easier just to smoke a J, get the munchies, and then enjoy your chocolate. :p :eat1:

Hope all here had a great Valentine's Day, and if you don't have someone to cuddle up with, well, chocolate is a great consolation food and mood-enhancer.
